Principle/Manager Design and Marketing, New Product Development
2006-2008
Designed, developed and deployed an online gaming portal and social networking site to collect video game consumer data via survey and passive end user interactions. Using MS SQL, ASP, XHTML and a CSS driven interface that allowed the end user to customize the UI. My responsibilities in this role also included managing the design development schedule, and milestones, identifying product opportunities, as well as end user acquisition and utilization analysis.

TRUSTED THERAPISTS INC.

Designed, developed and deployed an online verification and matching service between Certified Massage Therapists and consumers throughout the US. Duties included project management, creative direction, and serving as a CMT industry subject matter expert. In this role I identified product opportunities, conducted utilization analysis, and drove the design process.

AKAMAI TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
Internet Infrastructure/Senior UI Designer
2001-2002
In this role I redesigned a web-based, full scale, interactive, web-casting application while supporting the engineering, product management, and marketing teams in all aspects of the products interface, graphic, and usability design. In addition, our team worked with product managers and specifications to rapidly prototype new product features, while assisting engineering during the product development lifecycle.

UI Designer / Graphic Artist

As a lead graphics UI designer I was responsible for conceptualizing and designing the graphical interface for a a thin client OpenView NT network-management software solution. In this role I participated in the software development and design lifecycle to optimize end-user customization and usability workflow. Web Development/Web Producer & Design Lead

As a design lead for the creative services department I managed the design and development team while collaborating with the engineering department for a number of education, government, entertainment, and technology clients. This role included customer relationship management, maintaining a schedule of deliverables as well as client end user training and education. In addition to developing an online marketing strategy and achieving client driven design objectives my team in collaboration with the director of sales realized over $ 800k in revenue in 2000.

Retail Music/Associate Web Producer

In this position I created and implemented site designs, ad banners, and special promotion designs for high-volume e-commerce sites. In addition I performed daily site maintenance, updates and created content using HTML and Javascript. While at Tower Records I designed developed and deployed a batch-processing system using AppleScript and Adobe Photoshop to automate optimization of cover art. Other duties included deployment of specialized mini-sites and web-based sales promotions using client content and art assets as well as managing the migration from Microsoft Merchant Server 1.0 to ASP/MS SQL.
